Artwork and Logos: 
Your logo can be used on most items. If you are going to use your own image we require camera ready black and white for one color imprint, color separated is required for two or more color imprint. 

Camera Ready Art should be created to size for each product. You will then have a good idea of the layout for the product.  Please email your art file in the proper format. Most common used format is EPS. The most common used program is Adobe Illustrator. We prefer you save the file in version 10. Convert all text to curves allowing us to see this art as an image. This will eliminate any question to your font style.

PDF file should be sent with the EPS file to compare and confirm there is no corruption with your artwork. This will eliminate any questions on your artwork.

Four Color Process art is most commonly provided in Photoshop.

Pantone (pms) colors and number are required or please indicate if you want our closest matching color for your imprint. Additional charges apply for PMS match. Please CLICK HERE for your color desired or your pms number.

Screens please supply a separate solid overlay (not screened) and specify the percentage of the color to be used. Some product are not available for screens, half tones, ghosts. Most times there is an additional charge for half tones. You may be charged a running charge and an addtional set up fee for this process. Please check with us to confirm your price.

 Printed art needs to be printed @ 600dpi. A fax,
business card, letterhead, etc. is not an acceptable form of art. 

Graphic services available upon request at an additional fee.

Definition of Traditional Camera-Ready Art:
Artwork printed on paper that is clean, crisp, black and white, and production ready, with no touch-up, resizing or changes required. Multi-color imprints require color-separated artwork with registration marks.

Production Time: 
Varies with each item. Standard production time is 10 days. Products are shipped from our warehouse location. Our warehouses are located in the North, South, East and West. Please take into consideration transit time for your order. Let us know if you need us to expedite the shipping method to overnight or next day air depending on where you are located and the warehouse for the product ordering.

Rush Service: 
Rush service is available for most items. Please call to confirm inventory is available on the requested item.
